Heritage Week Lecture – History of the Long Bank/Tanrego Intake

Mr Martin Wilson, former chairperson of the Sligo Field Club,  will do a walk/talk at the Long Bank/Tanrego Intake, Streamstown, Ballisodare. He will talk about the history of the area including the ancient routeways called fearsats. Suitable footwear, weatherproof gear and reasonable mobility will be required.
